Following an increase in orders and company expansion, our client based in Haverhill are looking for Machine Assembler to join a small team. You will be following technical drawings to assemble machines, use mills, lathes and other fabrication tools to modifyand adapt to suit customer specifications. Once the product has been built, you then test and commission prior to dispatch.

If you have previously worked in a hands on Mechanical Assembly role, familiar with technical drawings, have great problem solving skills, can operate lathes & mills and looking for variety in your work, we want to speak to you

**What you will be doing**:

- Working from job specification documents, schematic drawings and kits to assemble and build machines
- Marking out, drilling, tapping, bolting, cutting, bending, pipe work and pneumatic assembly
- Modifying some metal work
- Using mills, lathes and other metal fabrication tools
- Testing completing systems prior to dispatch

**What you’ll need**:

- Proven experience in Mechanical Assembly / Machine Building
- Ability to follow schematics and use of hand tools and machinery
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Team Player
- Can do attitude
- Flexible to be able to work over time when required
