Telesales

FINTEC recruit is seeking a **Telesales Executive **for our client national client who provide a wide range of products to the healthcare sector, based in Irvine, Scotland. This is a permanent office based role working Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary is £24,500 to £25,500 plus performance bonus on achievement. This role has arisen through company growth and demand for their products. You will be supporting that growth securing new business and developing business with existing clients. You will be driven to meet KPI’s and sales targets and build great relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships on the telephone for B2B calls speaking with people at all levels within companies.
- Be knowledgeable on the products and able to explain to potential and existing customers the benefits of each product
- Input details and maintain database records and working towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments to progress client orders, having great communication skills and relationships with all stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience required for the Telesales Executive**:

- Previous Telesales experience is essential to be successful in this role
- Researching new potential leads for the business
- Willingness to learn, as full training on company products will be given on starting
- Possess Good IT Skills
- Have drive and enthusiasm in reaching and exceeding business orders, performance bonus applies after first 3 months
