Festival Staff

Overview:
Join our team as Festival Staff and be part of creating unforgettable experiences at exciting events and festivals. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about guest services and hospitality to ensure the smooth running of our festivals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional guest services and assistance throughout the festival
- Assist with setting up and dismantling event areas
- Manage crowd control and ensure a safe environment for all attendees
- Support vendors with their setup and needs during the event
- Assist in managing lines, ticketing, and entry points
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the festival grounds

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or event management is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings during festival events
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the duration of the event

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
