18t Driver

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Lead and manage a team of motivated workers, ensuring the safe loading of vehicles or storage containers. The employee will be fully conversant with and conform to all relevant Company procedures and will ensure Company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship and safety of themselves and the workers under their direct control are maintained at all times. The employee will be responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensure timetables and service expectations are maintained. The Team Leader will take responsibility for medium commercial moves or manage larger projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handling customers to a superior level of service delivery.
- Ensuring Company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship and safety (including accident reporting) are maintained at all times.
- Ability to coach and train others as required.
- Be able to brief and debrief move teams and take any necessary action.

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE**:

- Literate and numerate.
- CPC Certificate.
- FLT license (Desirable but not essential).
- Attended Basic Practical Course and passed assessment.
- Knowledge and experience of office and commercial work desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of implementing Health & Safety Regulations and conducting Risk Assessments.
- Superior driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
