General Builder

MCP Scotland Ltd are a rapidly growing Property Services and Facility Management Company, based in Airdrie and working across Scotland. We work with a variety of clients ranging from Property Factors, Retail Parks, Shopping Centre's, Care and many more. Many of our clients are well known brands that are household names.

We are currently looking to add a General Builder/Groundworker to our growing team. This is a fantastic time to join, as this role will be for the small works division, which is a mix of both planned and reactive works providing a great opportunity for no two days to be the same. This role would suit someone recently qualified or someone looking to move companies.

**The type of work you'd be expected to carry out**:

- Slabbing & Monoblock Works,
- Brickwork repairs and building,
- Concrete works,
- Kerbs & Path edgings,
- Installation of Bollards, Signage etc,
- General Civils Works,
- Strip out works and General site clear up works,
- Material loading and transporting,
- Gutter Cleaning,

A full time employed position is offered after successful probationary period.

**Salary**: £16.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
