We have recently won a very big contract to complete works on tenant occupied properties within the Barking & Dagenham borough, so our team numbers need to grow to meet the dem

**Duties**:

- Perform skilled trades work in the construction, repair, and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
- Collaborate with other tradesmen and contractors to complete projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Install, repair, and maintain various systems and components such as painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trade-related field.
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written).
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of tradesmen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials used in the trade.

**Salary**: £140.00-£160.00 per day
