Computershare have an excellent opportunity to join our Global CISO team as the Global Security Testing Manager.
The Global Information Security team is responsible to drive the development, deployment and management of information and cyber security across the Computershare businesses, globally.
Through partnerships with the business units, Technology Services and other support functions, the Global Information Security team actively support the business objectives whilst reducing the overall composite risk to Computershare.

You will be initial responsible for building offensive security capabilities for Computershare, whilst also creating a Global team. This team will be responsible for driving the development, deployment and management of information and cyber security acrossthe Computershare businesses, globally.
They are also accountable for the delivery of the security testing programme, utilising resources from outsourced partners and suppliers as well as in house to deliver a security testing programme that covers everything from WebApp testing to purple teams andOSINT exercises.
This is exciting role in a global function and will involve working closely with security operations teams and wider technology stakeholders.
**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Manage the relationship with our key security testing suppliers
- Manage internal and external pen test resource to deliver the annual testing programme to cost and time
- Own the security testing process and review/approve penetration test scopes
- Review penetration test results for consistency and ensure risks identified are aligned to the wider enterprise risk framework
- Collect, analyse, and prepare reports required
- Periodically review penetration test process to ensure relevance and cost-effectiveness to the wider business
- Lead the strategic direction and evolution of the Security Testing Team, including setting objectives and establishing priorities

The role holder will have strong technical skills in pen testing, ideally working in one of the following areas: Infrastructure Security Testing (Internal/External Networks, Webapp testing, Cloud security testing, Mobile App testing).
You'll also need:

- Organisational skills - for managing testing schedules and plans.
