**Position**: Seasonal Helper - General Assistant

**Location**: Tottenham (N17), Alperton (HA0), Stratford (E15), Colindale (NW9), Chinatown(W1D)

**Contract**: Full time, Fixed Term

**No. of vacancies**: 5

**Salary**: £11.00/hr

**Benefits**: 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), staff discount, pension scheme

**About the Role**

As a General Assistant, it will include duties such as selling and replenishing products, serving customers on the tills, assisting the supervisors and store managers in maintaining the smoothly running of the store on a daily basis.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Provide excellent customer service including dealing with customer’s queries and complaints
- Ensure that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company’s standards
- Operating the tills, handing payments including refunds
- Actively involved in receiving deliveries which includes heavy lifting
- Prepping and packing products according to the Company’s guidelines
- Keeping up to date with product information
- Undertake any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Customer service skills
- Willingness to carry out hands on tasks and heavy lifting
- Previous experience in a retail environment will be an advantage
- **Must have the legal right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)**
