Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. We need eagerness to learn. You won't know everything but you will be keen to grow and develop. You will be trained in all aspects of styling from clothes to lingerie.

We are on our feet for often 7 hours of the day and it can be tiring we need you to be able to cope with that.

We have so many areas to the business and often very busy so the ability to think on your feet and multitask is a must.

We need you to be flexible to cover extra hours if needed.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and answer any questions they may have
- Recommend additional items or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient customer service
- Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or orders
- Ability to sell products effectively by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate recommendations
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.31-£11.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
