Our client hire's based on excellence, enthusiasm and passion and are extremely proud of their world-class team of diverse, international and talented people who all contribute to creating distinctively unforgettably unique events for their clients.
Working from the office and travel will be required.
**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000
This role needs a perfectionist with a passion for driving events and overseeing the whole production.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Planning and organising high quality, effective and engaging events that support the company.
- Continually evaluate, identify, and act on areas of improvement.
- Develop professional relationships and identify any potential partnerships
- Maintain a calendar of events.
- Effective event management for meetings.
- Be able to plan and execute events between 5-15 days of the month.
- Organise Venues for the events to take place in.
- Ensure attendee capacity is hit.
- Setting up sponsors.
- Booking guest speakers.
- Reporting to directors.
- Organise catering needs for the event.
- Work closely with CEO to ensure all requirements are met.
- Organise any brochures or information sheets required at the event.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service from initial enquiries through to events and aftercare.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently at a fast pace.
- Strong project and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- The ability to be flexible in line with business needs.
- Event management experience (preferred)
