It is an exciting time to be joining the Academy of Pre-Technical and Skills for Living and Work. - Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of our young learners.
- Provide individualised support and mentorship to students, helping them overcome challenges and reach their potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative and effective teaching strategies.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their learning journey.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and advancements.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Passionately believe that learners from all backgrounds & situations, however complex, should have the right to an excellent level of education, and want to work with them to break down barriers and build success
- Have experience of working with young people who have barriers to learning and need a personalised approach to enable them to access education and learning
- Have patience, empathy and a willingness to be flexible in your approach to planning and delivery
