**The Programme**

As part of the continued expansion of our UK business, we are looking for ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Wealth Management Associate. This opportunity is for an individual looking to begin their professional career (likely a graduate but does not preclude those with subsequent work experience), where we will provide a tried-and-tested framework to give you all the tools to rapidly progress your knowledge and ability over a three year period.

The role will receive on the job training and guidance from all levels in the wealth management team structure. The role will:

- Initially be focused on basic **administrative duties** - such as preparing paperwork and portfolio performance reports for client meetings and liaising with investment providers.
- progressing **technical knowledge** - understanding the theory and practice behind Investment Portfolios, the advantages and disadvantages of the various investment vehicles and building a firm understanding of tax efficient planning.
- building **relationship skills** - building internal relationships and personal profile, assisting advisers by attending client meetings and providing support with preparation and follow up.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, we believe the following attributes are essential:

- Achieved or be on course for a 2:1 honours degree likely in a finance, accounting or business related degree, but other disciplines will be considered
- A keen interest in investments and finance
- Ambition to learn, with commitment and motivation to study for professional qualifications
- Display strong work ethic, curiosity, and motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong general administration skills and solid proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Ability to build relationships & work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
