**Job Vacancy: Accounts Assistant at Foxhills Collection**

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for Finance and numbers? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our team and play a key role in creating a smooth Finance function enabling great reporting, control and analysis. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will manage and reconcile all cash received at Foxhills and Farleigh and investigate and resolve variances.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily Cashup, Banking and Reconciliations
- Managing PDQ’s, relationships with Merchant Providers and reconciliation of all PDQ receipts to operating systems. Investigate and resolve differences. Manage Charge Backs.
- Replace PDQ machines and set up new machines as and where required by the business.
- Put in place/ manage processes put in place to enable front line PDQ reconciliation and investigation.
- Manage sales ledger and deposit ledgers and ensure accurate and regularly reviewed. Follow up issues on the ledgers. Send out sundry invoices as required and ensure all invoices for meetings and events are accurately raised and collect pro-actively.
- Daily Revenue report
- Weekly cash count in Farleigh (require travel to Farleigh)
- Tips calculations
- IBO vouchers
- Gain excellent knowledge of Operating Systems, Resort Suite, Sage and understanding of Selima / Indicator.
- Support Finance Team and cover time critical aspects of the role, e.g., input purchase invoices in Sage

**General responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain and develop excellent Excel skills.
- Promote and adhere to the Foxhills Collection values.
- To be aware of and adhere to the Health Safety policies and procedures, data protection act 1988 and equal opportunities.
- Participate in any training and development required by the MD and GM’s
- Carry out any other tasks that will, from time to time be asked by the MD on an ad hoc or a continuing basis, commensurate with the general level of the position.
- Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- To maintain a professional standard of dress and appearance, in line with company standards
- Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work area
- To adhere to all statutory requirements regarding fire, health, safety and hygiene.
- To attend any training sessions as requested and adhere to company policies.
- Support colleagues in delivering a high standard of customer service
- Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by the management team
- Promote the Foxhills Collection in a positive light at every opportunity

**Job Role requirements**
- Travel to our other property once a week in Croydon, Surrey, CR6 PE
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
