**About The Role**
This is a PART TIME role of 20 hours per week with a share of Saturday morning rota, currently being 1:3.

We are looking for Wednesday Afternoons, Thursdays & Fridays.

The role is could be split between our Macmerry surgery & our Haddington surgery.

This is a varied role in a busy environment and duties will include:

- Answering the phone
- Making appointments
- Recording Client & Patient data
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
- Registering clients
- Takings Payments
- End of day Banking
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Greeting clients
- Admin duties as required
- Daily/Weekly & Monthly reporting as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.46 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Veterinary experience: 1 year (preferred)
