- Effectively communicate customer raised concerns including feedback into relevant process documentation.
- Ensure effective resolution to customer concerns.
- Ensure effective containment is in place.
- Effectively communicate to the customer on actions taken.
- Ensure full understanding of concerns in the product realisation process.
- Review finalised 8D’s.
- Ensure actions taken are robust.
- Conduct line trials and run at rate trials.
- Lead and project manage production quality improvements.
- Develop and maintain internal quality performance data including consolidated reporting.
- Liaison with suppliers for concern resolution using NCR and 8D processes.
- Contribute to customer concern resolution in the 8D process with internal activities as required for containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventative actions, verification and updating of APQP.
- Assist production quality concern resolution utilising 8D process.
- Control of non-conforming materials returned from customers.
- Conduct process/product audits.
- Ensure production quality documents and records are controlled.
- Lead, mentor, facilitate, coach educated and train production individuals and teams in quality.
- assurance, procedures, improvement techniques, methods, and processes.
- Compile process maps and flow charts as required to support improvement activities.
- Proactively seek improvement opportunities and initiate and project manage improvement activities following six sigma methodologies.
- Plan and complete internal audits for IATF and ISO accreditations.

**About You;**
- You must have experience of working in the automotive manufacturing supply chain, either OEM, tier one or tier two.
- Experience within a Quality Engineering role is essential.
- You will suitably qualified, with a HNC as a minimum.
- Strong auditing experience.
- Experienced with the latest quality tools and techniques - APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control plans, PPAP.
- Experience of working with both customers and suppliers.
- Strong IT skills.
- Skilled in lean manufacturing systems.
- Strong planning, documenting and organisational skills.
