Transport Coordinator

**£25,000 to £30,000 p.a. + bonus scheme + benefits**

**25 days holiday**

**Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts within 8.00 am - 5.30 pm.**

Boston Seeds Ltd is a successful, family-run seed merchant with an expanding UK and Europe presence dealing within the agriculture and horticulture supply chains, as well as being the UK’s largest online retailer of grass seed and wildflower seed, processing over 100,000 order each year.

To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Transport Coordinator to join our team based in Kirton, Boston. The role includes import and export, coordinating stock movements of three UK warehouses and keeping an inventory. You will also play a key role supporting our customer service team, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience dealing with Boston Seeds.

**Duties**
- Arranging transportation with third-party hauliers and couriers
- Import and export to Europe
- Coordinating transportation and stock movement from our three warehouses
- Interacting with customers and suppliers

**Desired Skills**
- At least two years experience in a transport environment, handling pallets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office and an accounting system.
- Accurate record keeping, reliability and customer focused.
