We are hiring for a **Full-Time** **Stockroom Supervisor** to join our exciting **NEW **Store based on **Oxford Street.** This is a brand new space, which is currently being renovated and will cover approximately 20,000+ sq ft across 3 floors on one of THE world's most **ICONIC** shopping high streets. Our new Flagship Store is looking to open later on in the year. In the meantime, you will join an established team in another nearby store, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. The primary function of a Stockroom Supervisor is to oversee the inventory processes and ensure that the stockroom is organised and well maintained. You will be in charge of the stockroom and must manage and train other staff members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about inventory procedures and safety protocols.

You will be working in a thriving store, which receives daily deliveries. It is likely that you will start work early in the morning (I.E from 5am/6am) or potentially even work night shifts during busy periods such as Christmas.

It is your responsibility to accept the delivery, process it and organise all the stock correctly within the back of house stockroom ready to be taken out onto the shopfloor. Part of this will include supporting the Store Manager to ensure the stockroom maximises it’s capacity, have a efficient and proactive mentality, adhere to best practices as per company expectations and overall ensure the stockroom operations run smoothly.

**About you**:

- **Have at least one year’s experience working within a busy stockroom environment**:

- You will have ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail
- Experience in managing and motiving a team
- Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient and highly organised with an accurate and efficient attitude
