**About Somerset Estates Property Management**

Somerset Estates specialises in bespoke Property Management services. We provide full management and maintenance of prime and super prime residences in London and Surrey. Our offices are located in Dover St, London.

We act as agents on behalf of our clients, and are currently recruiting for a part-time Housekeeper position.

**What are the duties and responsibilities of the housekeeper?**
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, hovering, mopping, wiping, dusting and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to the standards, as set out initially by the client.
- Check stock levels of all consumables and notify management as and when they need replenishing.
- To ensure a home is kept organised, clean and tidy
- Cleaning pool and gym area
- Perform laundry and ironing duties as necessary.
- Report any damages or repairs needed to management
- Cooking (if required)
- Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
- Follow all manuals, instruction, care instructions and guidance (if provided)
- Reporting to lead housekeeper for any additional tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
- Experience working in luxury residential properties and homes, or Hotel Housekeeping
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance
- Able to work efficiently without compromising quality or standards
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communications skills
- Solid references
- Flexible schedule
- Lives in London Comfortable around dogs
- 20 hours a week, with a view to become permanent
- Understanding of ecological products
- packing and unpacking suitcases for travel

**Desirable**
- Basic cooking skills
- Good with children
- Comfortable with Dogs

**What skills do you need to be a good housekeeper?**
- Discretion
- High attention to detail
- The ability to spot what needs doing in a home
- Creating systems if and when needed and/or maintaining them
- Time management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belgravia, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Housekeeper/Cleaner: 5 years (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
