The Tay and Earn Trust is a Scottish registered charity and is at an exciting stage of development thanks to the support of our very experienced Board and partners.
The primary focus of the Trust is the regeneration of the inner Tay and taking forward the Inner Tay Masterplan which provides a framework for future regeneration development. The Trust, in partnership with others, has a highly successful track record of delivering high quality innovative projects including the Willowgate Activity Centre, pontoons on the Tay, passenger boat trips and Tay reed beds bio-fuels research. Some of the future unique plans include the refurbishment of riverside bothies for tourist accommodation and floating homes.
We are looking for someone to help us to continue to deliver the vision and lead the next exciting stages of the development of the Trust. Having a passion for the environment and the river Tay will be essential along with exceptional communication skills, project management experience, regeneration and community development experience.
You will be expected to provide strong, dynamic and effective leadership and be able to evidence your ability to deliver project outcomes and take a creative / innovative approach. Other desirable qualities include experience of partnership working at a higher strategic level and the ability to identify and access funding.
