We are a boutique B2B Outbound call centre, delivering sales leads to our Client base within Food & Beverage, Design, Construction, New Products, Pharma, Insurance and other industries.
This position will be based working at our Call Centre in Alcester
What do you need?
- We are looking for strong life experience and the ability to learn quickly
- You must have the skills to intelligently start and hold a conversation with Directorship level contacts
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Ability to use MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
- This is a phone-based role which involves calling prospects who have been targeted
as ideal users of our client’s products and services
- Work on between 1 - 4 client accounts per month
- Understand the client objectives and make calls to achieve these
- Use intelligent communication skills to deliver against the client’s objectives
