Site Agent

We're looking for a Site Agent to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire to assist the project in setting up a high performing team to deliver FRC bridge structures as part of the Calvert Scheme. A driving licence is an essential requirement for this position.

**Location**: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - some remote working available, with travel to the office required

**Contract**: Permanent Fulltime

**Salary**: £57k - £66k + private health care + company car + benefits

**Responsibilities**

As a Site Agent, you'll will be responsible for client liaison, the management of consultants and stakeholders and have previous experience of managing subcontracts and self-delivering works.

Your day to day will include:

- Proactive in the Management of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality SHEQ) matters for areas of direct responsibility
- Manage design and pre-construction, construction to close out to meet all contractual requirements
- Assist the Project Manager to plan and allocate appropriate supervisory resources as required by the site team
- Supervise site activities and manage their allocated staff

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Site Agent is great if you have:

- Relevant construction related degree / HNC
- Major project civil structures experience
- CSCS card and SMSTS
