Employment Solicitor

Our Client, a well-established and Legal 500 ranked law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (Newly Qualified - 5 years PQE) to join their team as they embark on an ambitious growth plan.
The Firm is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for Employment Law to help them to continue their success and drive the practice forward.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage your own caseload of claimant and respondent matters
- Handle TUPE, whistle-blowing, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance and discrimination issues
- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by fostering and maintaining strong client relationships

**Key Requirements**:

- Newly Qualified - 5 years PQE
- Experience in de3aling with Employment Law matters
- Be familiar with running and managing your own Caseload
