**Brief Description**:
**This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Regional Operations Training Team as a Training Competency Specialist based at the Wales Rail Operating Centre (WROC) in Cardiff.**

**The role is key to providing training and support to frontline operational teams, that includes Signallers and Controllers based within the Wales Railway Operating Centre.**

**The role is actively involved in the delivery of the following important training**:

- **Ebbw Vale frequency enhancement project - This includes route familiarisation, local instructions and changes to the area covered by the existing Ebbw workstation,**
- **Westcad / MCS signalling control systems,**
- **Axle Counters,**
- **Overhead Line Equipment (OLE),**
- **GSMR,**
- **Developing training tools / scenarios to support the operations management team.**
