Search are working with a brilliant FinTech business looking to expand their Finance Team with a Senior FP&A Analyst.

The company have seen rapid growth over recent years across as they have diversified across a number of sectors. As a result their Finance team is quickly expanding and offering roles that provide the opportunity to make a real difference to the business.

The Role:
This role will combine key FP&A function with business partnering that drives key financial strategy moving forwards. Bringing forward high quality financial analysis and forecasting to provide insight and enhances the commercial decision making across thebusiness.
- Developing, implementing and maintain financial models capable of rolling 18 month forecasts, P&Ls, cash flows and balance sheets.
- Reviewing budget performance
- Undertaking financial modelling to support the strategic decisions and opportunities for the group
- Providing the necessary analysis of the financial implications of major changes in legislation and other 3rd party costs.
- Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of tender pricing submissions and development and maintenance of pricing models.
- To be passionate and enthusiastic about the work that you do with excellent collaborative business partnering capability.
- Be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with significant post qualification experience.
- A strong commercial awareness and understanding.
- Be full of integrity as you'll be having sensitive and complex financial data.
- Be curious to see if we can do things a different way and improve department processes.
- Be agile enough to adapt to changes that happen within the business and re-align forecasting accordingly.
