Cake Baker

La Crème specialises in the creation of bespoke cakes, desserts and afternoon tea products to the restaurants, hotels, stadia and Royal Palaces across the UK. La Crème Patisserie is run by award winning patissier Sian Hindle. This is a family-run business, established for over seventeen years. Following the expansion of our business, we looking for an experienced baker for the production of Cake, Shortbread, Pastry, Choux, Brownies and Baked Cheesecake

The main purpose of the roles will be to carry out industrial and high volume bakery production and preparation tasks as directed by the Team Leader. The role is to be part of the Bakery Team and will encompass all general kitchen duties. Full training is provided and this is an ideal platform for someone who wishes to pursue a career as a Cake Baker / Cake decorator /Food Manufacturer.

**Desirable** **Food hygiene Level 2**
- Bakery or catering training
- Training or experience in general baking and food manufacturing/kitchen assistant, etc.
