As a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Agent you would be joining a successful and fun post sales support team and help ensure standards are met on every call. The post sales support team are responsible for client training, product implementation, data analysis, technical troubleshooting, and performance reviews, and you would be expected to assist in all areas of the team.

A Swedish Speaking Customer Service agent would be responsible for the following:

- Get a understanding of each client's needs
- Educate clients on how to fully use the product and maximise their results
- Follow up with clients to continue to build lasting relationships and look for opportunities to cross sell additional products.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues
- Coach clients on ways to improve the overall experience
- Be open, informative and professional on every call, ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all time.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skillset:

- Fully fluent in Swedish, both oral and written word
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar customer care role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages (Power point, excel etc)
- Experienced in Salesforce or similar CRM systems (to your advantage)
- Be motivated and out going
- Ability to prioritise workload
- A quick learner and have the capacity to absorb information
