**Lead Skipper Position**

**Lead Skipper required to work in both our West Bay and Lyme Regis Locations, Dorset**

Due to their continued success, Lyme Bay Rib Charter have an exciting new role on offer for a Lead Skipper.

This new position, running alongside the Directors/owners, will lead a busy and strong team of skippers, deckhands and quayside staff.

The minimum qualification required is an Advanced Power Boat Certificate, 2 years experience of driving passenger RIB’s commercially (ideally twin engined) plus a valid commercial motor endorsement.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- commercial passenger RIB driving: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Commercially endorsed Advanced Power Boat Qualification (required)
