**Responsible for**:
The Quality Co-ordinator’s primary responsibility is to evaluate the performance of systems and outcomes through KPI’s.

To assist the company to become more profitable through reduced costs and increased revenues, and assist in improving the company’s efficiency

Developing performance measurement frameworks - KPIs, goals and benefits which serve to analyse the performance of a service or product

To compare intended outcomes with actual outcomes and adapting approach and framework appropriately and in line with any changes

**Essential Qualifications**:
Excellent IT skills, specifically advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint

Strong data analytical & presentation skills

Writes clearly and succinctly, avoiding jargon/complicated language and ensuring that documentation is logically structured, meeting the needs and level of understanding of the intended audience

Ability to plan and prepare for peaks in demand for report production

Able to look at data from different perspective and offer alternative methods of presentation

Ability to work on own initiative, adapting and responding to change - accepts new ideas and change initiatives when they arise, can adapt interpersonal style to suit different people or situations and shows respect and sensitivity towards differences

**Desirable Experience**:
Experience in a joinery/fitout/construction background or similar

Computer literate essential

**JOB SUMMARY**

Day to day co ordination of workshop and facilities quality system

**KEY TASKS**

Timely and accurate production and analysis of customer SLA reporting

Gathering reporting data from varies sources and sites

Development and analysis of performance trending data

Production and analysis of KPI reporting

Continual improvement of reporting production to enhance quality and efficiency.

Cross checking automated reporting for data accuracy and integrity

Ad hoc repots / analysis / projects as required

Ensuring cost and waste control is being managed

To participate and support all Company initiatives with compliance of procedures and requirements for ISO9001, 14001 & 18001, FSC and Investors in People Standards

Any other duties conducive to the effective operation of the post which the Company deem to be within the post holder’s competence
