YOUR ROLE

Our Operation in Dordon is looking for a Warehouse Administrator where you will be responsible for all aspects of the administration within the warehouse.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Warehouse Supervisor you will undertake the administrative duties within Good in and Good out functions. Those will include but not be limited to:

- Booking in deliveries onto WMS and creating GRN’s.
- Creating Orders & Despatch notes for outgoing deliveries.
- Answering doorbell and greeting all drivers reporting to site and then filling in driver’s log.
- Booking courier deliveries such as TNT/DHL and other transport companies currently utilised by CEVA Logistics.
- Updating systems with employee’s hours/holidays/sickness/absences etc. and liaising with the HR/Payroll dept. when discrepancies arise.
- Liaising with internal departments about incoming shipments and updating booking system
- Managing the booking board/system and ensuring the WH & X Dock team have a manageable workload.

This is a Monday to Friday role - 08:00 - 17:00.
