**Functions and Golf Day Coordinator**

**Cranleigh Golf & Country Club **is seeking a full-time Functions & Golf DayCoordinator to assist and deliver all events events at the club.

Cranleigh Golf & Country Club a 4* venue that provides exceptional service to our members and guests. The club boasts some of the finest leisure facilities in the area as well as 3 function rooms catering for all types of events from weddings, big birthday parties, chirstmas celebraitions and smaller private dining events.

As a Functions and Golf Day Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of these events, including but not limited to:

- Coordinating the logistics of all functions and golf days at the club, ensuring all events eceed the expectations of our members and their guests
- Coordinating the delivery and set up of each individual event.
- Working with the food and beverage team to prepare for all events
- Working with the sales and marketing team to deliver and overachive sales targets

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event coordination or similar role.
- Experience working in a high-volume catering environment preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both wirtten and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
