We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative at £23,350 p.a. **plus monthly bonus.** Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week March to October and 30 hours per week November to February. Job requires travel between various sites in line with daily work schedule.

**Essential attributes for the role**:
**1.** **Ability to obtain Enhanced DBS Clearance - ESSENTIAL.**

**2. **Practical experience of undertaking grounds maintenance tasks preferable.

**3.** **Current clean driving licence - ESSENTIAL.**

**4.** Good Communication skills with management, site users and colleagues.

**5. **Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,350.00 per year
