Exciting new opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Negotiator to work on a development based in the Darlington area. This is a full time vacancy, Thursday-Monday 10am-5pm.

**The Role**
Based on site, the post holder will be required to manage the full sales process from prospecting customers through to sale completion.

**Experience Required**
Previous new home sales experience
Outstanding customer care skills
Good IT skills, able to use customer database

**Remuneration**
Basic salary is negotiable depending on experience - as a guide £23,000 basic per annum + commission, bonus and mileage
