**LOCATION: The Avenue Shopping Centre - Newton Mearns, Glasgow**

**SHIFT PATTERN: 5/7 as required**

**WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK**

**PAY RATE: £13.30 PER HOUR**

**OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION**

ABM is looking for a colleague to support our teams in two of ABMs flagship shopping centre. You will be involved in patrolling premises on foot and via CCTV, provide customer service to the public and act as a deterrent for any antisocial behaviour.

You are an ambassador for the centre and for security, and as such you will actively promote recognition for the team, the centre, and the wider business through your exemplary behaviour.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Centre patrols
- Writing reports, logs and updating diaries
- Customer service
- Control room operation

**Person Specification**:
Must be well presented, polite and conscientious. You have to have good communication and people skills. You will be representing our Company so you are expected to have excellent customer services skills, great job ethics and proactive and can do attitude. Must be keen to learn and think quick in a face paced environment.

**Desirable**
