As our business continues to grow, we are now seeking a skilled Handyman / Maintenance Person to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks at our various branches to ensure they are safe and functional.
- Inspect and maintain building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential equipment.
- Address and resolve any immediate maintenance concerns such as leaks, faulty wiring, broken fixtures, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Handle minor carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks as needed.
- Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and setup for new branches or workspaces.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Support health and safety measures to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a secure workplace.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Person, preferably in a commercial or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues promptly.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to travel between branches as needed and to respond to emergency maintenance situations.
