E-commerce Assistant

About Us: SmarTechnics Ltd was formed in 2016, focussing on offering a large variety of products to our customers via multiple online channels. We work with several of the UK's leading distributors and retailers to supply our customers with fantastic products at the best prices possible.

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will be involved in several aspects of the day-to-day running of an e-commerce business, working alongside our existing team as well as independently on a wide variety of tasks.

Roles will include:
Warehousing aspect of the role includes: Goods In and Out, Pick & Pack, Allocating Stock to appropriate locations, Loading/Unloading Vehicles, Preparing & Labelling Stock ready for sale, Processing returned items, Manual Handling (Items up to 25kg)

Administrative aspect of the role includes: Listing products for sale, including writing detailed descriptions and taking photographs, Customer Service, Purchasing Decisions, Quality Control

Experience with eBay, Amazon Marketplace and Shopify is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

A positive, can-do attitude is essential, with the ability to think and work independently essential.

The role will primarily be based in Middlewich, but occasionally there may be a requirement for work to be carried out at our Northwich Premises.

Salary will exceed the National Living Wage, and will start at £9.50 per hour for workers aged 25+
