As Head of Colleague Experience you will lead on the Colleague Experience agenda, here at Dreams we are on a mission to modernise and progress our People First Strategy. The Head of Colleague Experience will collaborate with the Learning, Development and Talent teams to craft and develop the People First agenda and drive a positive colleague experience. This is a hands-on role where you really can make a difference.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Work with the Head of Learning &Development and the Head of Talent & Succession to design a holistic strategy to the colleague experience.
- Own the Health and Well-being agenda and develop innovative roadmaps and strategies so colleague can be their best at Dreams.
- Work with the People Business Partners to design a pro-active colleague survey cadence and approach, developing a blueprint to listening and responding to our colleagues.
- Own and develop all People policies ensuring they are compliant, user friendly and support our colleagues.
- Leads and develops our strategic reward workstream with accountability for Payroll, Recognition and Benefits
- Define the colleague capacity plan and programs of work for all business areas making sure it is coherent and supports a brilliant colleague experience and that activities launch and land at the best time.
- Communicate our EVP both internally and externally to ensure we retain and attract talent for dreams.
- Work alongside the internal communications team to ensure every communication is inspiring, informative and relevant for our colleagues.
- Provide colleague data from across the People team which informs strategy, highlights risks and supports our people first culture.
- Innovates to constantly challenge the colleague experience at every touchpoint to make continuous improvements.
- Accountability for the people administration team

**A bit about you**:

- Proven experience working on strategic people plans, a leader who innovates and thinks differently to traditional HR
- Results driven and the ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Passionate about the People First Agenda, you are tenacious about improving colleague experience right across the business.
- Subject matter expert in Policy, Reward, Well-being, and Employee Engagement
- Able to work autonomously and come up with creative solutions.
- Confidence and ability to challenge, initiate and manage change.
