Senior Joiner

Due to continued growth, experienced Senior Joiners / Foremen / Supervisors / Chargehands with at least 5-10 years of experience are needed to join the team at this bespoke construction company in Inverness.
**About the Company**
They have a substantial portfolio of varied and interesting works, which include Luxurious bespoke residential properties, Renovations, Commercial property installations and maintenance.
**About the Role**
Foremen positions are available to those that have 10 years of experience and a proven supervisory record. SMSTS training can be provided.
Training certificates such as CSCS, First Aid, Lifting and Slinging, Crane Banksman etc., are advantageous but not necessary as they provide a comprehensive personal development training program.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervising staff and projects ensuring targets are met in delivery, and maintaining health and safety
- Construction of Timber frame houses
- Construction of Kit Houses
- Roughing
- Finishing
- Installation of Windows and Doors
- Ironmongery
- Repairing and maintaining doors, door frames, windows etc
- Snagging work
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislations
- Providing a service to clients and maintain good customer service and relationships

**Required Skills**:

- SVQ in Carpentry and Joinery
- CSCS Cards are preferred but not essential
- Driving licence
