Patient Services Advisor

An opportunity has arisen within Gourock Medical Practice for one committed and enthusiastic Patient Services Advisor to join our team, covering 12 month maternity leave with a view to this becoming a permanent role.

Daily responsibilities include answering telephones, making appointments, working front of house and assisting our busy GPs with mail, typing and prescriptions. Full training will be provided as appropriate.

We are seeking a hard working individual with great communication skills. The successful applicant should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and cope well under pressure.

You will be working 24 hours per week over 3 days, which includes 8am starts and 6pm finishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
