Donut & Coffee Server

**Location**: Hunstanton Seafront

**Duration**: March to October (Weather-dependent, with flexible hours)

**About Us**: Join our family-owned venture of fresh donuts, ice cream, and drinks Alongside our food offerings, we also operate a sweet kiosk and a beach toy kiosk, all set against a picturesque view of the sea.

**Role Overview**:

- **Busy Period Management**: Thrive in high-pressure situations, especially during peak times (usual hours: 10 AM - 8 PM, extending to 9 AM - 9 PM in peak periods), during off peak or bad weather 1030 AM -4.30 PM.
- **Maintenance Duties**: Ensure the kiosk remains at a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- **Transactions**: Handle cash and process payments with precision.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- **Food Safety Knowledge**: Be knowledgeable in food safety and practices.
- **Hospitality Experience**: Prior experience in a restaurant or similar setting is advantageous.
- **Food Preparation**: Capable of preparing food items, including making donut mix, frying donuts, and making hot drinks.
- **Time Management**: Exceptional ability to prioritize in a bustling environment.
- **Math Skills**: Basic mathematical proficiency for handling transactions.
- **Teamwork**: A collaborative spirit to support team members.
- **Punctuality**: Consistency in being timely and reliable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
