As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of young children. You will work closely with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons, and provide additional support to pupils who may need extra help.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a HLTA qualification and previous experience working in a primary school setting. You should be confident in your ability to manage a classroom and work effectively with pupils of all abilities.

In return for your hard work, we offer competitive daily pay rates of between £85-£90, depending on your level of experience. You will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities and the chance to work alongside a supportive and dedicatedteam of teachers and support staff.
