TDS (The Dispute Service) is the leading tenancy deposit protection and resolution service provider in the UK making life easier for tens of thousands of agents, landlords, developers, and millions of tenants and homebuyers. TDS is a not-for-profit company with offices in Hemel Hempstead, Glasgow, and Belfast.

We are looking for a positive, flexible and hardworking person with great design skills and creative flair to join our expanding marketing team. This position is for 6 months on a fixed term contract basis and we hope the successful person will be able to start as soon as possible.

TDS has embraced hybrid working which means you can split your time between home and our modern office in Hemel Hempstead, with an expectation to be in the office for at least 2 days a week.

**What you’ll do**

Your role is to design across a variety of media. It is vital that you keep up-to-date with current trends and design innovations in order that you bring fresh, forward-looking ideas to our brand and corporate identity through:

- Promotional materials
- Visuals for website and other online content
- Advertising
- Corporate communications, both printed and online

Given that you will be a key part of our creative team, you must be comfortable taking the initiative with design, be pro-active in your approach, work within our brand guidelines and under the instruction of our lead creative designer.

As a small company, you may be asked to carry out ad hoc marketing activities to support the rest of the team. You may be invited to attend industry events to take photographs for use in your creative work.

**What you’ll bring**
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- A portfolio demonstrating the above
- Have individual flair and deliver great ideas
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Show exceptional attention to detail and produce accurate and high-quality work
- Have good interpersonal skills and work as part of a team with printers, web developers and colleagues
- Be deadline driven and work under your own initiative when required.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of digital photography

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From £25,800.00 per year
