Hybrid working - home working 2 days per week (after training)

The role requires an emphasis on great communication, strong organisational skills, multi-tasking, a can-do approach, and the ability to manage a consistent workload within SLA and KPI driven targets.

This is a great role working as part of the Logistics Team to coordinate the collection of parts from customer sites and providing service reports by:

- working with our partner couriers, manage and schedule customer site collections
- communicating with the customer to confirm/book the orders and track their completion/re-attendance if necessary, updating any required reports
- updating all required Agilitas CRM systems
- liaising with Agilitas warehousing and partner FSLs to enable both UK and European collections
- maintaining control of the daily volumes and resolving where possible to maintain the reverse logistics flow / impact COGS
- producing outstanding returns reports per customer and share with internal stakeholders on a weekly/monthly basis to focus part return levels.
- ensuring reporting is accurate and all financial SLAs and KPIs are met
- communicating with internal stakeholders on all outstanding parts of significant value/quantity,driving down un-returned stock
- updating internal systems to reflect non-returns and maintain reporting integrity.

Office based role, working 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:30pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Requirement to work flexibly in line with business needs as and when required.
