Logistics Scheduler Administrator

The role of Logistics Scheduler Administrator is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our contracts, guaranteeing that proper stock, vehicles, and labor are allocated appropriately. As a Logistics Scheduler Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating logistics activities, and supporting our operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate operations, stock, and logistics diaries, along with related documentation.
- Ensure that daily site and yard stock figures are meticulously recorded and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with depot staff to relay vital depot activity information and produce detailed reports as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Prior experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced office environment is essential.
- Familiarity with operating CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with depot staff and other stakeholders.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to data entry and record-keeping.
- A commitment to accuracy and precision in maintaining documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude towards collaborative work.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday, regular office hours.
