**Job Description - Junior Valuer**

Key responsibilities;
- Conduct property valuations and appraisals to determine accurate market values, with the help of senior valuers
- Provide clients with professional advice on pricing, marketing strategies, and property presentation
- Collaborate with senior valuers and agents to bring in more business
- Prepare details for property listings, descriptions, and marketing materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service at all times

Skills & Experience;
- Career focused with a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team
- Excellent customer service both on the phone and in person
- An influential communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
- Confident with a professional manner
- Experience of listing properties required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Salford, M50 2ST: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
