We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Nurse with significant experience at Ward Manager's level or equivalent to join our established Matron team.

The role will be to provide highly visible leadership and have professional responsibility for the development of the nursing teams, by motivating and empowering the teams to ensure high standards of patient centred care. You will demonstrate effective leadership and continually monitor and maintain clinical standards.
