As we are a growing company, we need to recruit more people to our team of craftsmen.

The Porcelain Manufacturing Craftsman will be expected to work within a small team working with porcelain tiles, stone, brick, metal and assorted materials to create unique pieces. These can be waterjet cut, bullnosed, Saw cut, etched, painted, bonded to make attractive and functional building finishes. Some of our processes use CNC controlled equipment.

Formal educational attainment and experience is not necessary as full training will be provided but the right person will be;
- confident in operating a wide range of industrial equipment, hand tools and fabrication techniques - full training will be given
- practical with a good ability to write legibly (for example, completing Job Cards)
- have good common sense,
- have a strong awareness of their surroundings,
- articulate and able to speak confidently with members of the public,
- possess the ability to work on their own initiative, but thrive in a small team environment.
- Driving licence is a must as a small amount of driving may be required.
- will be expected to drive a fork-lift truck (after training if necessary).
- There are flexible working hours and plenty of overtime opportunities
- Generally a Monday to Friday role but weekend working will be required, depending on business needs.
- Salary will increase with experience
