**The David Ross Education Trust is now recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Administrator for our Teaching School Hub. **This role could be your next career opportunity.

We have an opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Administrator to support with our comms and marketing to new and existing participants and schools for the Teaching School Hub. You will be responsible for planning and distributing communications to deliver the remit of the Teaching School Hub including return of engagement reporting to the Department of Education and other relevant bodies.

The TSH plays a central role in the training and development of teachers working in all phases/types of school across Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. We are committed to collaborating with excellent providers in our region to ensure that the quality of teacher and leader development is of the highest quality and provides excellent value for money for school leaders, enabling them to drive sustainable and meaningful improvement in their schools.

The Marketing and Communications Administrator will work closely with the Director of Teaching School Hub to drive, maintain and evaluate the strategic approach to communications and marketing of the Teaching School Hub, supporting to drive participant and school engagement with the Teaching School Hub’s Professional Learning for leaders and teachers across North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire. The individual will develop and maintain relationship with our key partnerships, communicating to c. 1,000 participants and schools and automating processes through a CRM system.

Role is fixed-term to 31st August 2024.

**_ Who we are looking for_**
- A full, clean driving licence (for posts that support other Academies)
- Strong IT skills
- To be a skilled user of Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce, create and edit documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Able to maintain the strictest confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Sensitivity when collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
- Highly organised and efficient and able to work to tight deadlines, often under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate well to a wider range of stakeholders.
- Able to work under your own initiative and deal with demands of a geographically dispersed team.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
- Able to promote the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people across the Trust.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and highly confident in the use of new technologies.
- A thorough understanding of acceptable IT use in a professional environment, particularly the use of social media.
- Experience in working in a demanding role
