Accounts Payable Clerk

Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a business based in Heathrow that is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.

A sole/stand alone Accounts Payable role involved with the full Accounts Payable function joining an established logistics company. The role would suit an experienced Accounts Payable professional who can make decisions, has strong communication skills and is happy to work using their own initiative.

This opportunity comes with hybrid working
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Supplier queries
- Receipt of proof of delivery notes and other relevant documentation to purchase orders
- Coding of invoices for final posting
- Preparation of monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of all queries
- Preparation of regular payment runs
- Building strong, effective relationships with suppliers

Required skills:

- Previous, solid experience within Purchase Ledger
- Customer focused: understanding the AP function

Salary £30,000- £35000 dependent upon experience
