This company has a massive portfolio of properties and clients spreading across the UK as well as further afield internationally. They are an independent business focusing particularly on rural land and property management, and they are looking to expandtheir Utilities and Renewable Energy divisions to support their framework projects in the area.

In this role you will be undertaking specialist training and then working in a niche role that will see you doing things such as land referencing, land acquisition, digital mapping, project valuations, property sales and supporting with wider project delivery.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's largest independent firms in the rural sector and get involved in working on massive projects with some of the biggest names in the utilities and renewable sectors while building a long-lasting career.

**The role**:
**Managing multiple projects at different stages of development and keep them moving forward.

**Liaising with landowners to secure land rights

**Compensation claims for rural and utility clients

**Digital mapping

**The Person**:
**Comfortable meeting clients and stakeholders both on-site and virtually

**Full UK Driving Licence

**Ability to use digital mapping systems to prepare plans **(desirable)**

**Practical experience in farming or forestry and a understanding of wayleaves **(desirable)**
