**Job Title**:Digital Specialist

Must hold valid SC / DV Clearance

**Role Description**:
Using the DDaT framework as an anchor to provide the following support:

- Support corporate change roadmap by developing Service Blueprints for Fixed Connectivity
- Work with the Architecture Team to agree ‘System Boundaries’ for End-to-End Services and use these to inform the ‘Making the Process Work’ tasks and ensure planning artefacts reflect agreed system boundaries
- Create Service Passports for each area of Fixed Connectivity, detailing User Journeys and the changes required to align with the Target Operating Model
- Lead the engagement (Stakeholder management) with the SEM team to ensure Fixed Connectivity is developing SEM products as per the clients' Transformation plan.
